We are not responsible for damages, injury, loss when using our products including especially mis use of the product in ways that it may or may not be designed for in any way, shape or form. We reserve the right to change specifications on products as well as designs. Drag racing is a dangerous sport please engage at your own discretion.
General:
Innovative Racecraft has the final say in all advertised pricing. We have a strict MSRP policy with all of our vendors and will NOT sell below MSRP even if the pricing is misprinted. We are also not responsible for price increases by vendors or our products. Buyer acknowledges price upon ordering and Innovative Racecraft reserves the right to refund an order before shipment due to incorrect pricing.
Shipping:
ALL ground orders are processed in the order in which they are received and ONLY air/express orders take first priority in shipping. We strive to ship products as fast as we can but due to the nature of the items some packages may require extra handling time. AS OF 5/12/22 we are at a 10-14 business day processing time for orders. Innovative Racecraft ships primarily by UPS but can also ship FEDEX or USPS depending on transit times to the customer based on the customer needs. We will do our best to accommodate the customer in receiving their parts in the timeliest manner. We offer international shipping and all taxes/duties will be billed to the recipient. We accept all major forms of credit card but billing/shipping names and card holder address must match upon shipment.
Shipment Loss/Damage Claims:
Any damaged, missing contents, or loss in shipment must be reported to Innovative Racecraft or the dealer in which you purchased your product within 10 business days of receiving a shipment.We will replace any damaged parts or losses with proper proof of damages and or losses including pictures sent to Innovative Racecraft or purchasing dealer. We will NOT be responsible for damages and or losses reported after the 10 business day period.
Returns Policies:
Innovative Racecraft accepts returns that have not been damaged and or altered including the original packaging.If products have been purchased through a dealer you will process your return with your purchasing dealer. Returned items must be in new condition when received back from the purchaser. Innovative Racecraft has a strict 30 day return policy and all returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Return shipment charges are the customers responsibility. We are not responsible for damages or losses in return shipment. We will only refund the original purchaser back the amount less the restocking fee and shipping costs.
Absolutely NO returns on electrical items or special order items.
Missing Package Contents:
We strive to do our best for the customer in including all needed hardware with all products but mistakes can happen and not all parts may be received. Whether they are missing from the package from carrier loss (Fedex,UPS or USPS) or by Innovative Racecraft we must know within 7 business days of this loss or shortage of contents if item was purchased through a dealer please notify the dealer. Please make sure to always check your packages upon arrival for all components received. We will NOT be able to provide missing contents after 7 business days.
Payments:
Innovative Racecraft accepts all forms of payment including all major credit cards, cash, check, money orders and Paypal. Note that we will NOT ship until payment has been processed/received. We bill all cards before shipment and shipping is precalculated before being billed so the customer only receives one charge to their card.
